Team Structure
The team is managed by 2 Co-Captains and 6 subteam leaders. Co-Captains are picked by the previous year's Co-Captains and they rotate annually. New Co-Captains are informed of their positions at the season's end so they can begin planning for the next. They are responsible for making timelines to give to subteam captains and ensuring that everything is completed efficiently. The team uses an industry-standard multidivisional management structure to ensure the smooth running of the team, even in the absence of several key members.
CAD
CAD stands for Computer-Aided Design. Our CAD team makes the initial designs to help create a blueprint of the robot using Fusion 360. Additionally, many of our designs are 3D printed in order to be incorporated into our real-life robot.

Code
The role of the code team is to implement the functionality and control of the robot once it is built. Using the coding language Java, the sub-team works to allow a user to control a robot with a controller. In addition, we code the robot to independently move and make decisions without human input.

Build
The Build team contructs the robot based on robot iterations made by the CAD team and design-oriented discussions with the rest of the team. They are responsible for building an efficient and innovative robot that can effectively complete the goal of the FTC game.

Logbook
The Logbook team documents all of the team's events and meetings in order to compile the required documentation into a clear and concise document called an Engineering Notebook or Engineering Portfolio. The team then submits this document for judges to evaluate our performance prior to any competition.

Finance
The Finance team is responsible for keeping track of all pecuniary aspects of the team. They are in charge of fundraising and budgeting. By obtaining sponsorships and using other fundraising methods, they collect money for the team. They then budget it across all subteams. Additionally, General Finance helps our sister teams with their finances.

Outreach
The outreach team oversees all the events hosted on behalf of the robotics team. They plan and set up events for various purposes. Such as philanthropic activities, fundraising for charities, and spreading awareness of the importance of S.T.E.M. in youth.

Media
The role of the media is to promote the team's achievements and events. They manage the team's Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, and even this website. They direct and produce a TV show called S.T.E.M. Talk, which talks about different aspects of S.T.E.M. in our community.
